Non-Retaliation
VeloxLogistics strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who raise a concern in good faith. No one will be dismissed, demoted, harassed, or otherwise disadvantaged for reporting suspected wrongdoing. Any act of retaliation will itself be treated as a serious disciplinary matter.
Follow-Up Process
Every report is taken seriously. Upon receipt, your concern will be acknowledged and reviewed by a designated, impartial member of our compliance team. We will conduct a fair and timely investigation, keep you informed of progress where appropriate, and take corrective action when wrongdoing is confirmed. Confidentiality is maintained throughout the process to the fullest extent possible.
